Milcen Soi is an Accredited Mediator, International Mediator and Certified Trainer of Mediators with more than 20 years of senior-level experience spanning banking, governance, leadership and organisational development. As Founder and Director of Scopetalk Consultancy, she provides strategic leadership for programmes that advance mediation practice, ethical governance, executive leadership and institutional effectiveness. Milcen has served in various board roles, contributing to governance, accountability and organisational development across institutions. She previously served on the Bomet County Public Service Board, including as Vice Chairperson, where she helped strengthen public-sector governance and organisational effectiveness. Her expertise combines mediation, board leadership and institutional transformation, positioning her as a respected authority in building ethical leadership and resilient organisations.

Paul is a senior financial services executive with over 20 years of experience in insurance, banking, business development and strategic partnerships. He has built a strong reputation for driving business growth, developing innovative market solutions, and creating strategic alliances that deliver sustainable value. Paul holds a BA Degree in Economics and Sociology from Egerton University and is currently pursuing an MSc in Finance & Investment at Kenya Methodist University. He is a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM), and a member of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK). Paul has held senior leadership roles, including Business Development Manager – Alternative Channels and Bancassurance Manager, at leading financial service organisations in the region. He has successfully developed and scaled distribution models, established strategic partnerships and contributed significantly to revenue growth within the insurance and banking sectors, bringing strategic thinking, commercial expertise, relationship management and ethical leadership to every role.

Evans Wasike, M-IHRM (K), is the HR Lead and Senior Human Resource Management Facilitator/Consultant with extensive experience in HR management, organisational development and HR consulting. He is a licensed HR Practitioner by the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), Kenya, holds a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University. He also holds a Proficiency Certificate for Pension Schemes Trustees under the Trustee Development Programme Kenya (TDPK). Evans has extensive expertise in job evaluation, organisation design, workforce planning, HR audits, salary and benefits surveys, job design, performance management, competency frameworks, HR policies, recruitment and selection, employee engagement, learning and development, and change management. He previously served as Head of HR and Administration at the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB), leading major HR and organisational transformation initiatives. As a consultant, he has led HR assignments for public institutions, private companies, development organisations and financial institutions across Kenya, spanning job evaluation, organisational restructuring, staffing reviews, salary surveys, HR policy development, performance management, competency assessments, recruitment and HR audits.

A seasoned communication expert and certified mediator with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She has built a distinguished career in strategic communication, corporate affairs, public relations, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and conflict resolution, helping organizations strengthen their reputation, enhance stakeholder trust, and achieve their strategic objectives. Holding a Master's degree in Corporate Communication, her professional background spans corporate communications, crisis communication, branding, content development, speech writing, digital communication, event management, and organizational reputation management. As a certified corporate mediator, she facilitates dialogue, manages workplace and organizational conflicts, and promotes collaborative, interest-based solutions. Having worked across both public and private sector institutions — Kericho County Government, Elimu Yetu Coalition, and Standard Chartered Bank — she has successfully engaged diverse stakeholders, managed high-profile communication initiatives, and contributed to policy communication, organizational change, and public engagement programs. Her ability to integrate strategic communication with mediation enables her to navigate complex organizational dynamics while building consensus and sustainable partnerships.

Isabela is an accomplished Office Administrator, where she has managed a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties with precision and dedication. In addition to her organizational expertise, she is a Certified Professional Mediator, bringing strong communication and conflict-resolution skills to her work. Known for her reliability, professionalism, and ability to foster collaboration, Isabela ensures smooth operations while supporting both colleagues and clients with efficiency and care.
